Newmiln, situated close to Scone Palace and Scone Airport, just North of Perth, is placed within its own 700 acres of estate and is beautifully appointed, peaceful and private; this 18th century mansion house is surrounded by woodland walks, waterfalls and wonderful views.

From here it is possible to reach some of the great golf courses that Scotland has to offer. Within 40 to 50 minutes drive is the famous Old Course of St Andrews, and within another 40 minutes the great test of Carnoustie. Two Open Championship courses. Some 30 minutes south of Perth is Gleneagles home to three great courses, the Kings, the Queens, and the PGA Centenary, which will host the 2014 Ryder cup.
