Rufflets is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and with 3 AA Red Stars, the Automobile Association recognise Rufflets Hotel St Andrews as one of the top 200 hotels in Britain and top 10 hotels in Scotland. The Scottish Tourist Board have awarded Rufflets 5 Stars.

Rufflets Gardens

 

Rufflets has 24 individually styled and tastefully decorated bedrooms, including two suites, all furnished in a blend of contemporary and antique styles, creating a homely ambience.

Rufflets Four Poster room

Some rooms have four poster or canopied beds, the Gilroy Suite & Turret rooms have mini bars and five bathrooms have whirlpool Jacuzzi baths. There are also two family suites, one within the hotel and another in the Lodge.
Most of the bedrooms in the main part of the house are reserved for non-smokers and many have views over the magnificent gardens.

The Gate House has three ground floor rooms, one double, one twin and one single which has been specially adapted for wheelchair use. Rufflets Lodge - a self contained and secluded house set in the formal south garden. The lodge contains our Garden Suite and one further family suite with two rooms, shared bathroom and connecting corridor. The lodge can also be booked as an executive retreat for corporate use. Private dining can be arranged.

Rufflets Canopied bed

Kinness Lodge is a self contained house in Rufflets grounds. Floor area 150 sq metres. The accommodation comprises two twin bedded rooms, two small double bedrooms - all ensuite. Sleeping 6-8 people. Large sitting room with gas fire, satellite TV, DVD and wireless broadband access. Well equipped dining kitchen. Utility room, garage and parking for 3 cars.

All rooms are equipped with satellite television, radio alarm, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray, trouser press and hairdryer.

Extra touches to pamper guests include bathrobes, quality toiletries and a teddy bear called Rufus, who is our house mascot. Rufus welcomes each guest to their room to make them feel at home and if a guest wishes not to be disturbed by our housekeeping staff, Rufus is placed outside the bedroom door.
